CONSTRAC is a family business that has been active in the real estate market for over 35 years. The company believes in people-focused relationships and in the positive impact each project can bring around its neighborhood.

The challenge 
The main challenge was to propel the company to a more welcoming, technological and sustainable moment, without forgetting its history and its achievements.  

The outcome 
After some initial workshops we identified that the solution was not in the redesign of the brand, completely erasing its recognition and history, but in the evolution of its current elements. From then on the brand was revised. Its symbol and typography, developed specifically for this project, gained a more welcoming treatment by having its corners rounded and a more lively personality by having its angles shifted forward. The iconic red and black have been updated to more contemporary shades. Lastly, 3 graphic moments were created to be applied throughout the identity, providing varied compositions and rhythms throughout the communication.
